Our Services

We provide individualized care, with person-centered treatment where the client and family are involved.

Any and all services we offer will provide services that are culturally relevant, responsive, competent, and sensitive to every client.

Intensive In-Home

IIH services prevent the patient from being removed from the home. It is geared towards children between the ages 5 - 19 who:

  • exhibit significant difficulties in daily life due to emotional, mental, or behavioral conditions

  • are not helped by less intensive services such as out-patient counseling or therapy

  • are at risk of being removed from the home or community

  • are transitioning back into the community from an out-of-home placement

DD Waiver Group Homes (Adult)

Our residential care facility provides congregate living arrangements to a small group of adults with recognized developmental disabilities. Residents receive primary care, which is comprised of room, board, and general supervision. In addition, they receive assistance training and specialized supervision according to their individual support needs and preferences. Each resident is encouraged to be as independent as possible with daily living activities to achieve an improved quality of life through integration in community activities.
